1. About This Policy
1.1 Geeky Code Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") runs this website (geekyco.de) and a number of SaaS services. This Cookie Policy explains what information each of them stores on your device, why, and what choices you have.
1.2 The law that governs this is the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). It covers cookies and any similar technology that stores information in your browser, such as local storage. We describe both in this policy.
2. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?
2.1 Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device and your browser sends back with each request.
2.2 Local storage is a similar feature that lets a website save information in your browser. Unlike cookies, it is not sent to our servers.
3. This Website
3.1 This website does not set any cookies.
3.2 It uses your browser's local storage for the following:

3.3 Neither item contains personal data, and neither is sent to us or anyone else. Both are strictly necessary to provide the website as you use it, so under PECR we do not need to ask for your consent to them.
3.4 Analytics – We measure visits with Umami, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. See section 2.6 of our Privacy Policy.
3.5 Spam and bot protection – The contact form and the Ned Lasso page use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are human. Turnstile does not set cookies on this website. Cloudflare's handling of the data it processes is described in its privacy policy and in section 2.7 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Our SaaS Services
4.1 Our SaaS services use only essential cookies, which are needed for core functionality:

5. What We Do Not Use
We do not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies or advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place tracking cookies through our website or services.
6. Managing Cookies and Local Storage
6.1 Because we only use essential cookies and storage, there is no cookie banner and nothing to opt out of.
6.2 You can delete cookies and local storage at any time through your browser's settings. If you do, this website will forget your light or dark mode choice. If you block cookies for our SaaS services, you will not be able to log in.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
